124 Calories - Roasted Tomatoes & Cheese
This recipe will give you a meal of only 124 calories, 4 grams of protein, 6 grams of carbs, 10 grams of fat and again no sugar. As you know sugar is the main problem that leads to weight gain.

Preheat the oven to 300.
Slice tomoatoes in half lengthwise. In a large bowl toss with olive oil, fennel seeds, and salt and pepper.
Place tomatoes on cookie sheet cut side down and roast for 2 hours. Turn over halfway through cooking.
Place on a serving dish and crumble goat cheese on top. Serve warm.
