Here are the ingredients: 8 Roma tomatoes, 2 Tbsp olive oil
Preheat the oven to 300.
Slice tomoatoes in half lengthwise. In a large bowl toss with olive oil, fennel seeds, and salt and pepper.
Place tomatoes on cookie sheet cut side down and roast for 2 hours. Turn over halfway through cooking.
Place on a serving dish and crumble goat cheese on top. Serve warm.
