Water often gets overlooked. "I don't have time for water", I forgot to drink it", there's no way I can drink 8 glasses". Those are just some of the things we hear every day. If you don't feel quite right, drinking water can make a big difference.


We all wake up dehydrated because we've been fasting all night long. A lot of hunger is actually dehydration, so everyone should have a room-temperature bottle of water on the kitchen counter ready to go when you wake up. Having that early water will also help you start the body-cleansing routine for the day. Drinking water will makes a big difference in how you feel for the rest of the day. Once you get started it should also serve as a reminder to drink water throughout the day.
